How to combine cleanser and serum?

Always wash your face with a chosen cleanser first and follow with the serum.


Is Energy-Soin good for skin brightening?

Nrj-Soin Serum has a mild brightening effect whilst boosting your antioxidant protection.

Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) and Citrus Medica extract decrease melanin production and transfer to the epidermis but also help visibly improve enlarged pores, uneven skin tone, fine lines and wrinkles, dullness, and a weakened surface.

However, in many cases pigmentation can be attributed to increased skin sensitivity. For sensitive skin, we would recommend the soothing combo of Net-Apax Cleanser + Soin-Apax Serum for at least 2–3 months, after which you can proceed to chosen therapy aimed at skin brightening and evening out the complexion.

Skin brightening is tricky, make sure to seek advice from a trusted beauty professional.


Energy-Soin makes my skin tingle slightly. Is this normal?

Yes, light tingling is a normal reaction.

Energy-Soin Serum contains a high concentration of low molecular active ingredients and antioxidants. They can quickly penetrate into the deeper skin layers protecting skin against free radicals and other toxic agents.

The tingling should pass in a couple of seconds. If you are uncomfortable with it, try Soin-Apax Serum for sensitive skin.
